From inquiry to perfect execution
Our Services
Up to 12 hours day-of event overseeing and managing the wedding
Collaborative Planning Package
- Provide support to vendors as needed and is feasible
- Oversee set-up of wedding ceremony and reception venue(s)
- Assist with placement of floral arrangements and personal florals
- Set-up agreed upon personal decor items
- Provide direction and to any family members and wedding party as needed
- Provide all cues throughout the event including ceremony, toasts, dances, etc.
- Coordinate all announcements with the event MC
- Distribute final vendor payments and/or gratuities
- Collect all wedding gifts and cards and take them to the agreed-upon secure location
- Facilitate post-wedding clean up at the venue
- Manage any challenges throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- 1 hour site visit to venue (more than one location is billed at an additional per hour rate)
- 1 hour final on-site wedding prep and personal decor review the day prior to the event
- 1 hour wedding rehearsal coordination the day prior to the wedding
Up to 10 hours of pre-wedding planning with primary Wedding Planner
- Access to our organizational software to plan and organize the wedding
- Recommend up to two vendors per vendor category as needed
- Review and confirm vendors and their contracts
- Share and review wedding traditions
- Create custom wedding day timeline to be shared with all vendors
- Collaborate on ceremony details including processional, ceremony flow, and recessional
- Assist in developing venue layout(s)
- 1 hour onboarding meeting to set up organizational software and planning benchmarks
- Up to 6 hours of planning meetings from Effective date to Event Date to discuss and review vendors, logistics, and vision for day-of, which includes:

02. Meet with Christina to discuss your event details and vision and learn more about our Collaborative Planning process.
03. Review and sign your contract, pay the deposit, and we get started planning.
04. Access our organizational software to keep us working together and on-track checking off the to-do lists for the big day.
05. We advise, recommend, and keep you motivated throughout the planning process. Then, we double-check everything and finalize all of the details with you and your vendors.
06. Day-of you relax and we execute a memorable experience.
